Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce the titled composition applicable to ship bottom, marine construction, etc., having extremely excellent storage stability, and capable of keeping the antifouling effect for a long period, by adding lead or a lead compound to an antifouling paint composed mainly of an organotin-containing copolymer and a copper (compound). CONSTITUTION:An antifouling paint composed mainly of (A) an organotin-containing copolymer (preferably a copolymer containing e.g. trialkyltin, tricycloalkyltin or triphenyltin) and (B) copper or a copper compound (preferably cuprous oxide or copper rhodanate) is compounded with (C) lead or a lead compound (preferably lead oxide). Preferably, the content of the component A in the antifouling paint composition is 5-50wt% (solid basis), that of the compound B is 10-70%, and the amount of the compound C is 1-15pts.wt. per 100pts. of the components (A+B).
