Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To cut beautifully only a strippable film of a surface layer without damaging the surface of an object to be painted, by cutting the strippable film containing a specified quantity of carbon black by a specified YAG laser. CONSTITUTION:A film for painting protectively the surface of an object to be painted is constituted of a strippable paint containing 1-20wt% (based on resin) carbon black. In case only this film is cut by YAG laser light, a Q switch oscillating unit is installed to a YAG laser, and a band in which a repeated frequency of a Q switch is 500Hz-10kHz is used. In this way, a film having film thickness of about 10-300mu is cut effectively without damaging the surface of the object to be painted.
