Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of superheated steam and of hunting by providing a bypass to the supply passage of a liquid to be heated, and equalizing the amt. of the liquid to be supplied to each heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Heated steam is supplied into the first heat exchanger 11 and a preheater 15 from a passage 13. Feedwater is supplied to the preheater 15 from a passage 27 through a passage 22 and to the second heat exchanger 11a through a bypass 50. The feedwater which is preheated at the preheater 15 is charged into the first heat exchanger 11 from an inlet 30, heated in the first heat exchanger 11, and evaporated in a flashing chamber 32. The steam is supplied to the second heat exchanger 11a and a preheater 15a. The concd. feedwater and the feedwater distributed from the bypass 50 are mixed, and the amt. of the liquid to be supplied to the succeeding stage is fixed. Then the heat exchange is carried out at the succeeding stage.
