Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable to obtain oxygen enriched gas sufficiently available for combustion by a structure wherein a means to control the humidity of the oxygen enriched gas so as to keep at a constant value, a means to eliminate the pulsation of said gas and an automatic controlling means to automatically control at least one of the flow rate and oxygen concentration of the oxygen enriched gas passing through a piping system in response to the detection results of sensors are provided. CONSTITUTION:The enriched gas past through a vacuum pump 33 also passes through a dehumidifying chamber 36 to remove the moisture in the gas. A portion of the resultant gas is fed backward by a feedback control 37 and the remaining portion of the gas passes through a buffer chamber 38 in order to eliminate the pulsation of the gas and finally to be taken out as the gas enriched for combustion. In this case, an automatic controlling means to automatically control at least one of the flow rate and oxygen concentration of the oxygen enriched gas passing through a piping system. Concretely, a microcomputer is used for controlling and measurements are made at a plurality of positions by sensors 111, 112 and 113 so as to observe the changes between the measured results and the indicated values and to calculate by comparing with the characteristics of membrane itself in order to estimate and decide that the changing which out of a plurality of control valves is optimum for obtaining the optimum flow rate and concentration. |
