Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable to obtain stable oxygen enriched gas by a method wherein the delivery volume of gas permeated through selective gas permeable membrane cells is controlled. CONSTITUTION:In order to use oxygen enriched gas with the most simplicity and convenience from the view point of combustion furnace side, the oxygen enriched gas is controlled by means of a delivery port 93 for controlling pressure and flow rate by changing its flow rate without changing the composition of the gas in the range of its total air volume. Concretely, when the volume of oxygen enriched gas is excessive from the view point of combustion furnace side, the excess volume of oxygen enriched gas can easily be discharged through the delivery port 93 by opening a valve 97. The provision of the delivery port 93 and the valve 97 enlarges the available range of the furnace from its standard scale application to the application for more smaller combustion. At the same time, if abnormal pressure develops in a flow passage 92, the gas in the passage 92 is automatically discharged through the decompression control valve 97 and the delivery port 93 in order to automatically reduce the pressure in the passage 92.
