VIBRATIONPROOF STRUCTURE OF PEDAL OF CAR

PURPOSE:To markedly improve the vibrationproof effect of a pedal by dividing the pedal body, etc. of an accelerating pedal into the upper and lower divided parts and connecting these divided parts, allowing a vibrationproof rubber to be interposed between the superposed part os the divided parts. CONSTITUTION:As for an accelerating pedal A, a pedal body 1 is pivotally installed onto a bearing part 6 installed onto a dash panel 9. In this case, the pedal body 1 is divided into an upper divided part 1a connected to the inner wire 2a of an operating cable 2 and a lower divided part 1b equipped with a stepping plate 3. The insertion part 4a of the upper divided part 1a is inserted into the cylindrical part 4b of the lower divided part 1b, and a vibrationproof rubber 5 is interposed between these parts 4a and 4b, and the divided parts 1a and 1b are connected. Further, a pivotal supporting part 7 is installed onto the lower divided part 1b and pivotally supported onto a pivotal supporting part 6 by a pin 8. Therefore, the vibrationproof effect of the accelerating pedal A can be improved markedly.
