Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To attain the long-period corrosion resistance of a sharp edge part, by precedently applying a bituminous epoxy resin paint containing a zinc powder to the sharp edge part of a steel structure and subsequently applying a tar epoxy resin paint thereto. CONSTITUTION:As the epoxy resin used in a zinc powder-containing bituminous epoxy resin paint coated precedently, a bisphenol type epoxy resin with an epoxy equivalent of 150-500 or an alkanolamine modified substance with a hydorxyl number of 100-300 of said resin is used. As a curing agent, a polyamide resin or a modified polyamide resin is used in an amount of 0.7-1.2 equivalent per the epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin. Bituminous substance is coal tar or swollen coal and used in an amount of 40-400pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the total amount of the epoxy resin and the curing agent. Further, the spherical or flaky zinc powder is mixed in an amount 100-500pts.wt. on the same basis.
