Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To decrease an excessive current at a high temperature by providing a constant current source between a power supply and a collector of the 2nd transistor (TR) whose collector is connected to a base of the 1st TR and flowing its output current to the base of the 1st TR. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal P1 is connected to a base of a TRQ2 via a resistor RI, emitters of TRs Q1, Q2 are connected in common and also connected to ground GN via a terminal P4. The collector of the TRQ2 is connected to a base of the TRQ1 and also connected to a power supply VCC via a constant current source CP and a terminal P3. The collector of the TRQ1 is connected to a light emitting diode L via a terminal P2. Through the constitution above, excess current in the current flowing to the TRs Q1 and Q12 is decreased.
