Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enhance manufacture of ink particles by providing a vibrator coaxially in the external circumference of a cylindrical nozzle and adhering/curing the internal circumference of the vibrator and the external circumference of a nozzle with an adhesive at lower temperature than a temperature used for an assembly. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 1, a vibrator 3 and an adhesive 5 are kept at low temperature which is low enough to treat them, i.e. 0-5 deg.C, and an adhesive is injected into their clearance. Then they are left alone until the adhesive is sufficiently cured at low temperature. If the temperature is restored to normal after curing, an internal stress (compression stress) generates as an adhesive having high coefficient of thermal expansion 5 expands to press the external surface of the nozzle 1 and the internal surface of the vibrator 3. This compression stress plays an important role in the transfer of vibration from the vibrator 3. The expansion force of the adhesive 5 does not allow generation of a clearance in the vibration transfer system. Furthermore, in a state where the compression stress has worked, vibration is transferred satisfactorily. |
