Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the titled adhesive compsn. consisting of specified high-and low-M.W. (meth)acrylic polymers and (meth)acrylic monomer and producing pressure-sensitive adhesives having well-balanced tack, adhesive strength and cohesive power. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive compsn. having a viscosity of 500-20,000cP is prepd. by blending 10-50wt% (A) acrylic polymer with an M.W. of 70,000- 200,000, 20-70wt% (B) acrylic polymer contg. 1-20 (meth)acryloyl groups per 70,000 of M.W. and having an M.W. of 5,000-70,000, 10-70wt% (meth)acrylic ester monomer and/or (meth)acryloyl oligomer and, when necessary, 1wt% or lower (D) polymerization inhibitor and a small amt. of (E) volatile solvent. The acrylic polymer is a copolymer consisting of (co)polymer of (meth)acrylic ester of the formula (where X is H or CH3; R is residue of a 2-14C straight-chain or branched alkyl alcohol) and/or copolymer of 70mol% or higher (meth)acrylic ester and other monomers.
