Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled adhesive which has high water-resistant adhesion and can be bonded by short cold pressing without staining adherends, consisting of an aq. soln. of a specified water-soluble polymer, an aq. polymer emulsion and a specified tetrafunctional epoxy compd. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble polymer (A) contg. an acid imide structure in the molecule (e.g. a water-soluble maleimide polymer), an aq. polymer emulsion (B) (e.g. a rubber latex, a vinyl acetate polymer emulsion or an acrylate ester polymer emulsion and a tetrafunctional epoxy compd. (C) contg. tertiary amino nitrogen atoms [e.g. an N,N-diglycidyl-amino group-contg. compd. of the formula (wherein D is a 1-12C alkylene, arylene, alkylenedioxy, sulfonyl)] are blended together to obtain the titled highly water-resistant adhesive.
