CONSTITUTION:A microorganism in Saccharomyces, being resistant to 3-amino- 1,2,4-triazole and capable of producing riboflavin, preferably Saccharomyces. cerevisiae TW-573 (FERM P7563) of Saccharomyces.cerevisiae TP-1010 (FERM P-7564) is cultured in a medium to form and accumulate riboflavin, which is collected.
