ANODE REACTOR FOR SEMICONDUCTOR POWER CONVERTER

PURPOSE:To obtain large inductance by winding a beltlike conductor on an annular magnetic material core, in a central space section thereof an insulator is inserted, disposing the end sections of the conductor to the upper and lower surfaces of the insulator and using the end sections of the conductor as a pair of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The discoid base end section 10a' of a beltlike conductor 10a for an electrode is positioned at the central lower side of an annular magnetic material core 8, and the intermediate section of the base end section 10a' is bent and the base end section 10a' is extended up to a back inner diametral section positioned at the space section of the core 8. One end of a beltlike conductor 10b for connection is superposed to the conductor 10a, and an intermediate section thereof is wound on the core 8, and the other end is extended to the back inner diametral section positioned at the space section of the core 8. A fixed number of the conductors 10b are wound similarly on the core 8. A columnar insulator 9 is pressed in and fixed to the space section of the core 8 to pressure-weld the joining sections of beltlike conductors 10a, 10b, 10c, and discoid base end sections 10a', 10c' are disposed to both upper and lower surfaces of the insulator 9, thus forming the electrode.
