Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To transmit surely information with high importance by allowing each on- vehicle communication equipment receiving at first a polling signal from an on-road communication equipment to transmit the information with the highest priority and to transmit sequentially the remaining information after an optionally selected time is elapsed when the polling signal is received afterward. CONSTITUTION:The on-road communication equipment 1 connected to the central management center 5 through the communication line makes communication with each on-vehicle communication equipment mounted on plural route buses 3a, 3b, 3c run in parallel with the four directions of the arrow in the correspondence area via an antenna 2. In order to correspond the important information to be transmitted of the route line buses 3a-3b surely in this method, the plural sets of information to be transmitted are given the priority according to the importance in advance at the route line buses 3a-3c, and after the route line buses 3a-3c receiving at first the polling signal from the on-road communication equipment 1 confirm that the on-road communication equipment is not in correspondence, they transmit the information with the highest priority and when the polling signal is received afterward, after an optionally selected time is elapsed, it is confirmed that the on-road communication equipment 1 is not in correspondence and the remaining information is transmitted sequentially according to the priority.
