DETECTING DEVICE FOR MISTRANSMISSION OF RADIO EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution of the detecting device and detect securely malfunction of a transmission and reception control part by using an FF circuit composed of NOR gates and a simple time constant circuit. CONSTITUTION:The press-to-talk switch 1 of the personal radio device is pressed to request transmission and released to request reception, and each transmission or reception mode signal (a) is inputted to the FF circuit composed of NOR gates 2 and 3 of the mistransmission detecting device. An output signal (d) of the gate 3 is applied to the gate 2, and an output signal (c) of the gate 3 is applied to the time constant circuit 4, whose output signal (e) is applied to the gate 3 and a transmission and reception power source part 6. Further, the signal (a) from the switch 1 is inputted to a transmission and reception control part 5 using a microcomputer, etc., and a transmission and reception switching control signal (b) from the control part 5 is inputted to a power source part 6. Then, a transmission part driving power source (g) from the power source part 6 is applied to the gate 3 to simplify the circuit constitution of the mistransmission detecting device and detect malfunction securely.
