Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable azimuth adjustment of a head by attaching the head to the central part of a head supporting member and connecting flexibly the respective displacement ends of piezoelectric type displacement elements to both ends of the supporting members. CONSTITUTION:The head 21 is attached to the central part of the head supporting member 22 and the piezoelectric displacement elements 24, 26 are flexibly connected via coupling members 23, 25 to both ends of the member 22. The elements 24, 26 are adhered and fixed to the member 22. The top ends of the members 23, 25 are flexibly connected to the member 22 by means of a rubber adhesive agent 28. The elements 24, 26 are displaced in arrow 29a, 30a or 29b, 30b directions when the voltage of the same polarity is simultaneously impressed to the elements 24, 26. The member 22 is then turned and the azimuth of the head 21 is adjusted.
