AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a large air-conditioning machinery chamber and an air treating equipment of a large size, by housing a unit body, in which a stator type overall heat exchanger, a room air ventilating fan, a fresh air sucking fan, a room air circulating fan, and an air filter are housed, in the ceiling of a building. CONSTITUTION:The air in a room 18 is sucked into a unit body 6 from an inlet port 12 by a room air ventilating fan 8a, and is discharged outside the room from an exhaust duct 17a passing through a stator type overall heat exchanger 7. On the other hand, the fresh air being taken in by a fresh air sucking fan 8b passing through a suction duct 17, is heat-exchanged with the exhaust air in the stator type overall heat exchanger 7, and joins with the room air which is sucked into the unit body 6 by a room air circulating fan 9 from the room air inlet port 12, filtered while it is passing through an air filter 10, and is supplied to the room 18 from a room air blow-off port 14. An air intake damper 19 is provided in an fresh air intake passage 21a, while an exhaust damper 20 is provided in a ventilating air passage 21b, and the opening of these dampers are controlled in accordance with the quantity of fresh air which is needed to be taken into the room.
