Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a physico-chemically and immunologically uniform kallikrein originated from human urine, by removing proteins existing as impurities by the use of affinity chromatography based on the principle of antigen-antibody reaction. CONSTITUTION:A physico-chemically uniform kallikrein originated from human urine purified by the conventional inorganic adsorbent, ion exchange material, etc. is subjected to antigen-antibody reaction using an anti-albumin, pref. anti-human- serum, adsorbed to a water-insoluble carrier, to eliminate the proteins existing in the kallikrein as immunologically undesirable impurities.
