CONSTITUTION:The transmission controllers NCP11, 21, 31...l1 receiving a command of MSG transmission from a host processing unit 101 transmit respectively MSG401, 402, 403...40l to transmission lines, 1, 2, 3...l. The NCP receiving the MSG401, 402, 403...40l, e.g., NCP15, 25, 35...l5 exchange the communication message (CMCG) to report the MSG reception through a bypass (121) so as to decide the NCP (any of NCP15, 25, 35...l5) returning the received MSG. The CMSG is transmitted and received among plural NCPs only connected to one set of the host processing unit 105.
