Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain processed laver suitable as laver for fish flour, etc., having improved fragrance, luster, etc., by washing raw laver, dehydrating it, freeze- drying it to give laver of small pieces, subjecting it to high-temperature light air flow treatment for a short time. CONSTITUTION:Raw laver is washed with water, dehydrated by a dehydrator, freeze-dried to prepare laver of small pieces in various shapes. The laver of small pieces is treated with a light air flow at 150-250 deg.C for 1-5min, to give the desired processed laver. The prepared processed laver has blueish green luster and nice-smelling flavor, and is usable as laver for fish flour without requiring processing such as cutting, etc.
