Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To have sure semi-clutching operation by driving a clutch actuator with a constant force, and by sensing semi-clutch condition by means of study from change in the moving speed of an actuator rod. CONSTITUTION:As this clutch actuator 3 is given a constant driving force by a drive control means 7, the moving speed of the operating rod of actuator differs depending upon the state: i.e. while the clutch 2 is disengaged, in semi-clutching or in engagement. Thus the moving speed of the actuator rod is sensed by sequentially differentiating the output of a sensing means 6, and the semi-clutch operating zone is sensed through utilization of the change in this speed. Accordingly the semi-clutch operating zone can be sensed even when the drive motive 1 is off rotation. This enables sure semi-clutch operation.
