Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To have smooth start of a car by performing clutch control while the semi-clutch data in a clutch controller is corrected through sensing by study according to the load condition of the car. CONSTITUTION:The loading condition of a car is sensed by a load weight sensor 15 and allilt sensor 16, and a semi-clutch data previously sensed is corrected in compliance with change in the load in response to the signal given to inform the size of the current load, and thereupon the optimum semi-clutch zone is set in consideration of the varying load on the car. Accordingly optimum semi-clutch operation is secured at all times even through the load on the car varies, to assure smooth start of the car.
