Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To compensate the temperature drifting of a current mirrir circuit and to stabilize output current voltage by providing reference current with temperature characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Current in a line l1 is trebled by current mirror gain due to transistors (TR) Q15, Q16-Q18 and current three times that flowing into the line l1 flows into a line l2. The same current as that in a line l3 is made to flow into a line l4 by current mirror operation based upon TRs Q19, Q20 and the collector current of a TRQ26 is made to flow into a line l5 on the basis of the current on the line l4 and used as reference current I1 for the post circuit. The current I1 executes current mirror operation by TRs Q1, Q2, current I0 determined by a resistor R1 is made to flow into a line l6 and octupled by TRs Q4, Q5, Q7-Q10 and output current is made to flow into a line l7. A diode D is inserted between the emitter of the TRQ20 and resistor R11 to provide the current I1 with temperature characteristics and compensate the temperature characteristics of the current mirror circuit consisting of the TRs Q1, Q2. |
