Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To remove a cultivation metabolite and/or inhibitor to the outside of cultivation system of a microorganism and increase the final concentration in the cultivation system, by treating a culture fluid with a porous fluorine-containing high polymer membrane having surfaces subjected to hydrophilization treatment. CONSTITUTION:A culture fluid is treated with a porous fluorine-containing high polymer membrane, capable of holding a microorganism, passing a metabolite and/or inhibitor therethrough, and having surfaces subjected to hydrophilization treatment, preferably a porous membrane of polytetrafluoroethylene, polyhexafluoropropylene, polytrifluoroethylene or tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer to increase remarkably the amount of permeated water and remove effectively the above-mentioned cultivation metabolite and/or inhibitor. |
