Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled antibody produced by the hybridoma formed by the use of an antibody-producing cell immunized with human ovarioncus cell, and useful for the extremely accurate diagnosis of serous cystadenocarcinoma occuring most frequently in the ovarioncus. CONSTITUTION:The objective monoclonal antibody belonging to the class of IgM, produced by the hybridoma which is obtained by the fusion of a myeloma cell with an antibody-producing cell immunized with an ovarioncus cell such as serous cystadenocarcinoma cell, intimal cancroid cell, etc. and having the following properties. (i) Reactive with serous cystadenoncosis cell and intimal cancroid cell; (ii) inert to mutic cystadenocarcinoma cell, serous cystadenocarcinoma cell and mesonephric cancroid cell; (iii) inert to the cells of uteric cancer other than ovarioncus, pulmonary cancer, mammary cancer, gastric cancer, etc., (iv) inert to the normal cells of ovary, brain, heart, lung, uterus, salpinx, etc., and (v) decomposes with trypsin. The antibody recognizes the surface antigen existing on the surface of the cell of intimal cancroid forming serous crystadenocarcinoma and glandular cavity.
