DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM WITH CONTENT PREPARATING FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To widen the application scope by transmitting data corresponding to a text to a central processing unit at a center from a terminal device provided with an input data building up device and by adding a function of the preparation of contents at the time of building up the data in a file device. CONSTITUTION:After a control character CL builds up documents added before and behind contents in an input data building up device 2 at the side of a terminal, a code expressing a document for preparing contents is added to the top, and sequentially transmitted to a receiving part 3 at the side of a processor at a center. After the receiving part 3 recognizes that the received document is one for preparating contents, it holds sequentially the document in a data holding part 4. A program recognition part 5 fetches content addition/preparation programs for generating contents and sentences of a text from a program storage part 6, and holds them in a program holding part 7. Using said programs, a processing part 8 extracts sequentially the sentence held by control characters among sequentially readout documents from the data holding part 4, paginates it and sets it to a content block of a file (contents and text) 9.
