Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the processing speed and to simplify control hardware by interleaving the data on plural coded data series over all data systems in time division in order to increase a burst error correction range and to process signals in parallel. CONSTITUTION:For the error correction coding processing of a block completion type, the data on 3936 symbols are distributed to each of segments A-H consisting of the 1st and 2nd channels. Then symbols A0-A3935... of the segment A and symbols H0-H3935... of the segment H are arranged in a matrix form of (8X3936) symbols. Then data on segments A-H are extracted successively for each symbol. Thus these symbols are arrayed in the order of A0-H0...A3935- H3935, and the data on each segment is interleaved for each symbol.
