RECORDING AND REPRODUCING DEVICE OF DIGITAL AUDIO SIGNAL

PURPOSE:To attain the editing of punch-in, etc. by setting a reproduction head before a record head for DA (digital audio) signal and therefore reproducing the record conents of an optional DA track prior to the record to said track. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head HDA-PB for reproduction is set before a magnetic head HDA-REC for record of DA signal. Therefore the record contents of an optional DA track can be reproduced prior to the record to said track. Thus the editing of punch-in/out, etc. is possible in real time while a reproduction signal is decoded or encoded. It is also possible in real time to perform cross fading at an editing point. Furthermore an intensive error correction code having long interleave length can be used owing to the sufficient time margin secured between reproducing and recording.
