NOZZLE CHAMBER

PURPOSE:To improve measurement precision by partitioning a main chamber body into a front chamber as a fluid intake side and a rear chamber as a fluid outlet side with a partition wall equipped with plural sound speed nozzles, and connecting a drain pot and transporting the recovery liquid in the front chamber. CONSTITUTION:The main chamber body 1 is cylindrical and provided with the partition wall 4 which partitions the chamber into the front chamber 2 as the fluid intake side and the rear chamber 3 as the fluid outlet side. This partition wall 4 is equipped with plural sound speed nozzles 5 and a rear cover 7 is provided detachably at the outlet side of the rear chamber 3. Then the drain pot where liquid after vapor-liquid separation is stored is connected by a spacer 12 to transport the recovery liquid in the front chamber 2. Therefore, even when mixed gas is used, none of the sound speed nozzles transports the gas, so the measurement precision is improved.
