Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled coating agent which has excellent shelf stability and can form a tough coating film immediately after applying, by blending a specified quantity of a fluidizing agent (water-reducing agent), a specified quantity of a solidification retarder and a specified quantity of a synthetic resin emulsion with cement. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. cement (A) (e.g. portland cement), 25-40pts.wt. ionic surfactant soln. (B) contg. 0.2-0.8wt% (based on the quantity of cement) fluidizing agent and water-reducing agent (e.g. a condensate of a naphthalenesulfonate salt or a condensate of melaminesulfonic acid), 20-50pts.wt. ionic surfactant soln. (C) contg. 0.5-1.5wt% (based on the quantity of cement) hydration-solidification retarder of a lignosulfonate salt or a hydroxycarboxylate salt and 50- 100pts.wt. emulsion (D) obtd. by emulsifying 10-40wt% (based on the quantity of cement) synthetic resin in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of a surfactant, are mixed together with stirring to obtain the desired polymer cement coating material.
