PURPOSE:To reduce material cost of tire and facilitate a moulding process of tire by connecting with fulcanization a bead bundle to a bead portion while instituting an indent to fit a bead wire bundle at the other bead portion before a rim assembly. CONSTITUTION:Before a core ring 4 is in contact with a core mold 3, stop the core ring 4 from rising by operating a lever. Then, removing the core ring 4 from the piston rod 13, and a bead wire bundle 26 is attached to a channel 23. On the bottom of the channel 23 a plurality of parmanent magnets 24 are disposed, and they are capable of holding the bead wire bundle 26 at the channel 23 positively. Then, after the bead wire bundle 26 is attached to the channel 23 of the core ring 4 the core ring 4 is connected to a piston rod 13 via a lock mechanism 25 for molding a cordless tire. Thus a good cordless tire is producible with a simple molding process.
