Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To apply prepreg tape onto a core member with proper pressure by passing a core member wound with prepreg tape through a stopper guide then pressure contacting at the resiliently deformable bellows section. CONSTITUTION:Fixing sections 22, 23 having resiliently deformable bellows sections 24, 25 are provided in the pass hole of a stopper guide 18 then a core member 1 wound with prepreg tape 17 is passed through said hole. Since the prepreg tape 17 is pressure contacted against the core member 1 through the bellows sections 24, 25, it can be applied effectively onto the core member 1.
