Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which gives moldings which have a matte surface and excellent impact resistance and are free from silver streaking, by mixing a polycarbonate resin, an inorg. filler, an acrylic copolymer and a silane coupling agent. CONSTITUTION:3-40pts.wt. inorg. filler having an average particle size of 1- 10mu (e.g. talc or silica), 1-20pts.wt. acrylic copolymer (e.g. a methyl acrylate/ propylene copolymer) and 0-1pt.wt. silane coupling agent of the formula (wherein R1 is H, a 1-4C hydrocarbon group; R2, R3 are each a 1-4C hydrocarbon group; n is 1-4; p is 1-3; q is 0-2; p+q is 3) are mixed with 100pts.wt. polycarbonate resin to obtain the desired matte polycarbonate resin compsn. This resin compsn. gives moldings having surface characteristics such that specular glossiness at 45 deg. is 60 or below.
