BED OF ELECTRICAL WORKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To improve working accuracy by arranging a plurality of balls between the undersurface of a saddle and a bed and increasing the supporting points for the saddle and dispersing the load applied onto the bed, thus preventing the deformation of the bed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of balls 14 are arranged between the undersurface of a saddle 14 and a bed 1. Therefore, the supporting points for the saddle 4 increases, and the load applied onto the bed 1 is dispersed, and the deflection of the bed 1 reduces, and uniform state is formed, and the working accuracy can be improved. Though a table was controlled in X and Y directions by the guide rails installed in the X and Y directions in the former, the table can be controlled in the X and Y directions by the revolution of a plurality of balls 14 arranged onto the whole surface of the undersurface of the saddle 4, and the necessity of the rail for the control in the X and Y directions is obviated.
