Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To readily obtain automatically normal/reverse rotation output at a low speed by mounting a planetary gear unit and a reversing mechanism on a clutch plate, and coupling inner and outer output shafts disposed concentrically with the rotational shaft at the input side. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 11 is energized in case that a clutch lever 19 is OFF, its shaft output is transmitted via a shaft 12 to a planetary gear unit 21. At this time, the outer wheel of the unit 21 is secured to a clutch plate 14, which is restricted by a brake plate 27. Accordingly, deceleration occurs, and its output is transmitted to a reversing mechanism 22. The rotary force is applied by the mechanism 22 as the reverse rotary force to the normal rotation determined by the gear ratio through an inside output gear 23 to the inside output shaft 24.
