BUSINESS DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To properly replenish by registering such as the number of present stock corresponding to designated commodity data etc. and the lower limit of such as the number of stock that requires replenishing, subtracting and adjusting the number of sold goods and comparing the number of stock with the lower limit value and reporting the result. CONSTITUTION:When making sale of goods for sale on the same day, a keyboard 22 is operated to input the quantity of initial manufacture on the day and lower limit quantity and store in a designated comodity file 23. When selling is started, transaction data are sent from an electronic register to a terminal controller T/C 20. A subtraction controlling section 25 discriminates designated commodity code from the business data, and reads out corresponding quantity from the designated commodity file 23, subtracts sold quantity at that time, and stores again as renewed data. A comparing section 27 compares data of the file 23 with lower limit quantity at every sale, and if the data are less than lower limit, commands to a file output controlling section 28 to make print output.
