ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATOR

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to reduce the irregularity of a generated attracting force by forming the operating surfaces of a pair of members to which the attracting force is operated in a magnetic field on the same plane surface. CONSTITUTION:The first circular member 7 of a magnetic material is dropped at a shaft 8 at the center, and movably inserted into a through hole 9a formed at the center of the second circular member 9. The inner periphery 10a of an outer frame 10 which includes the both members 7, 9 is bonded to the outer periphery 9b of the member 9, thereby constructing an electromagnetic actuator 11. A groove 12 opened at the member 7 is concentrically formed at a magnetic unit 9h, a coil 13 is buried in the groove 12, and connected in series so that the current flowing directions become reverse between the adjacent coils 13. A valve body 14 made of valve head 8a of a shaft 8' opened or interrupted between the first passage 16 and the second passage 17 at the lower portion of the actuator 11. Thus, the member 7 can be attracted and moved by energizing the coil 13.
