Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent a zigzag motion and make proper winding of a carbon ribbon wound in roll by suspending a self-elastic coil spring belt between a feeding pulley and a winding pulley installed at the feeding side and the winding side respectively and further providing a braking device on the feeding side. CONSTITUTION:A self-elastic coil spring belt 8 which gives a rotary transmission force in a reverse direction to the feeding direction is suspended between a winding pulley 5 on the winding side A and a feeding pulley 7 on the feeding side B. In addition, the feeding pulley 7 is mounted on a feeding axis 6 which is retained on a mounting plate 9 in a rotating manner. In detail, a friction member 11 such as felt and an axis-supporting member 12 with a different friction coefficient from the friction member 11 are arranged on one side of the feeding pulley 7. On the other side, a spring 14 is interposed between a double nut 15 with a flange 16 and a washer 13, and also a braking device 17 which applies a spring pressure in the direction of the afore-mentioned feeding pulley 7, friction member 11 and axis-supporting member 12 is provided.
