SOLENOID TYPE FUEL INJECTION VALVE

PURPOSE:To preent the magnetic characteristics from deteriorating, secure a large magnetic path, and allow a smooth needle valve action by using the specific coupling between a needle valve having lugs and hook sections and a movable core. CONSTITUTION:A needle valve 3 is inserted by pressure into a movable core 20 for coupling until the lugs 22 of the needle valve 3 reach a coupling hole 23 and the hook sections at the tips of the lugs 22 reach a bag hole 24. When the hook sections 27 reach the bag hole 24, the hook sections 27 are engaged with a step section 24a. Concurrently with this engagement, a gap portion 37 is formed on the needle valve 3 side on the coupling end surface among the tapered inner peripheral surface 23a of the coupling hole 23, the outer side surfaces 22a of the lugs 22, the movable core 20, and the needle valve 3. Accordingly, the needle valve 3 and the movable core 20 are coupled and moved in the axial direction in one body.
