Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a producing method of a crystal resonator which is suitable for efficient continuous automatic assembling by forming plane plate-shaped inner leads which are parallel with each other and face each other and forming slits, to which a crystal piece should be inserted, in positions facing each other of these inner leads by punching with a die. CONSTITUTION:Round bar-shaped leads 2 are inserted through holes 1a of a base 1 and are fixed in holes 1a with glass. Parts of leads 2 on the base 1 are pressed to form flat inner leads 6 which face each other in parallel. In this process, annealed leads are compressed and hardened to give spring properties to inner leads 6 and 6. Inner leads 6 and 6 are bent with a mold to adjust the interval between them to a prescribed value, and they are so adjusted that lengths from the center of the base to them are equal to each other. Slits to which a crystal piece should be inserted are formed in inner leads 6. The gap between inner leads 6 and 6 is widened elastically to insert a crystal piece 3 between them, and its both sides are inserted to slits 6a.
