Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a main clutch to be brought into a proper semiclutching condition without separating a hand from a hand grip through simple motion to turn over a wrist, by a method wherein the main clutch is connected to a rotary grip mounted to the forward end of a steering handle lever. CONSTITUTION:A main clutch A comprises a tension pulley 8, a tension arm 9, and a control lever 11, communicated through the arm 9 and a wire 10. The pulley 8 is energized into engagement through the force of a spring 11, and is controlled into disengagement by means of the lever 11 in the vicinity of a handle grip 4a on the left. A worm mechanism 12, which is moved forward and backward through rotational control thereof, is attached to a hand grip 4b on the right, and the mechanism 12 is communicated to the arm 9 through a wire 13. Rotational control of the grip 4b causes the main clutch A to be controlled into a disengaging condition from an engaging condition through a semiclutching condition.
