WINDING DEVICE OF RING

PURPOSE:To enable to perform winding of a tape in good order without generating a slide and unsteadiness during turning of a shuttle, by engaging a gear groove of the external circumferential surface of the shuttle and a driving gear with each other, in manufacture of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with a matter that an annular core material 1 is turned a shuttle 10 is turned around the circumference of the core material 1, and winding of a prepreg tape 30 to be pulled out of a bobbin 28 is made by orienting at fixed pitches and a fixed angle. Although the shuttle 10 is provided with a separation part 11, the tape 30 does not break away from the shuttle 10 as the shuttle is held by the other side driving gear 14 or holding gear 15 even if the driving gear or the holding gear 15 approaches. As a gear groove of the shuttle 10, the driving gear 14, holding gear 15 and a press gear 16 are connected in a state of a curved surface, the tape 30 is prevented from coming off by tensile force during the winding of the tape 30 around the core material 1.
