WINDING METHOD OF RING

PURPOSE:To enable to improve productivity, by a method wherein a pair of bobbins is fixed in a confronting state with a shuttle and a prepreg tape is wound up at orientation of a predetermined angle through revolving of a core material 3, in manufacture of a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with turning of a prepreg tape 5 around a core material by turning a shuttle 2 around the shaft center O2 of the core material 1 at the rate of N2, the core material 1 is turned centering around the central axis O1 at the rate of N1, the tape 5 is pulled out of a bobbin 3 and the tape 5 is wound round the core material 1 by orienting the tape 5 at fixed pitches and a fixed angle theta. Now, when the pitch P of the tape 5 is obtained through an expression of P=piD+P/m by making the number of pieces of the bobbins 3 and the diameter of the center of the core material m1 and D respectively, the tape 5 is wound round the core material 1 by slipping by the width of the tape after a roll of the tape round the core material 1 has been made, and then when the two bobbins 3 are provided in case m=6, the tape 5 can be wound round the whole surface of the core material 1 through three turns of the core material 1.
