AUTOMATIC ANALYZER OF DEFECTIVE PARTS

PURPOSE:To detect automatically defective parts on a board with simple constitution and an easy operation by filing indefectible goods information and defective goods state information of microcomputer system information. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer muCOM as indefectible goods is inserted to a signal taking-in circuit IN, and an intended defective state of each parts is made in this state, and a monitor program is executed to take in various signals, and they are written in a defective goods information file NGF together with defective position information. A processor CPU controls the signal taking- in circuit IN, an indefectible goods information file GF, and the defective goods information file NGF to generate indefectible goods information and defective goods information files. User's defective muCOM is inserted to the taking-in circuit IN, and a probe is connected to a prescribed position, and signals are taken in. Taken-in signals are compared with corresponding signals in the indefectible goods file GF by the processor CPU to detect disaccord positions.
