ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE DEVELOPING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent a toner from being stuck to a carrying belt by separating a toner which is passed through a developing part, from the carrying belt, and removing it by an operation of an electric field, before said toner reaches a toner collecting part. CONSTITUTION:A toner which is passed through a developing part moves toward a toner collecting part again by following a rotation of a toner carrying belt 12, but when it comes near to a position of an electrode member 22, a DC voltage of the positive polarity is impressed to the electrode member 22 from a DC power source 24, therefore, the toner on the toner carrying belt 12 is separated from the toner carrying belt 12 by a force by an electric field formed by the electrode member 22, and collected into a developer vessel 14. In this way, the toner which is passed through the developing part is separated from the toner carrying belt before it returns to the toner collecting part. Accordingly, it is prevented effectively that the toner is stuck to the toner carrying belt 12.
