Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the controllability of hot-water discharging temperature remarkably by a method wherein a high-frequency heater is utilized as the heating means of heat pipe type heat exchanger and the control value of calorific value of the heating means is corrected based on the value of difference between a set temperature and an inflow water or discharging water temperature multiplied by the flow amount of water. CONSTITUTION:The heat pipe type heat exchanger is consisting of a low pressure steam chamber 1, a heating means 4 and a heat exchanger 5 while a high-frequency heater is employed for the heating means 4. The control of the outflow hot-water temperature is effected by a method wherein a predetermined operation is effected in a controller 10 employing a functional relation depending on a strem pressure in a low pressure steam chamber 1, which is detected by a pressure sensor 9, and the temperature of steam, which is detected by a temperature sensor, and the calorific value of the heating means 4 is controlled in accordance with the result of operation. The result of above-described operation is corrected by a correcting value C1 or the same C2, which is explained by formulas (1), (2) where Tin means the inflow water temperature, Tout means the outflow hot-water temperature, Ts the set temperature and Q means the flow amount of hot-water. According to this method, excellent controllability may be obtained at all times even when the fluctuation of load is extremely remarkable. |
