Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve operationality by supplying electric power to a converter and a display element through one switch. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 15 is connected to the E side, a lighting element 8 is turned off and a TR13 is turned off. At a time of picture recording, a TR5 is turned off in accordance with a control input A and electric power is not supplied to a converter 6. At a time other than picture recording, the TR5 is turned on and electric power is supplied to the converter 6. When the switch 15 is connected to the D side, the lighting element 8 is turned on, the TR5 is also turned on and electric power is supplied to the converter 6.
