PREVENTIVE AND REMEDY FOR PERIODONTOSIS

PURPOSE:To provide the titled preventive and remedy containing a nonspecific gamma-globulin as an active component, effective to suppress the infiltration of cell and prevent and cure the periodontosis, and applicable in the form of injection. CONSTITUTION:A preventive and remedy for periodontosis, containing non- specific gamma-globulin as active component, and applied by injecting in the gingiva. The gamma-globulin is human gamma-globulin when the agent is to be administered to man, and is animal gamma-globuline originated from the same kind of animal in the case of applying the agent to mammal. It is prepared in the form of injection or of powder, etc. which can be used as an injection in application. Dose: 10-300mg, especially 25-100mg of the active component per kg of body weight daily.
