Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent a coating portion from separating at the time of winding and inserting a core into a coil by coating the surface of a self-fusible enameled wire with a lubricating substance. CONSTITUTION:A self-fusible enameled wire 2 is wound to form a coil 3, the coil 3 is inserted into a core 1, and energized to be heated and cured to form a stator for a rotary electric machine. The wire 2 is coated on the surface of a copper wire 5 with imide modified polyester 6, and on the surface with a fusible layer 7 made of phenol resin. Further, the surface of the wire 2 is coated with a lubricating substance 8. Thus, since the frictional coefficient of the wire decreases, the coating portion of the wire 2 is prevented from separating at the time of forming the coil and inserting the core into the coil. |
