Band data B1D and B2D are selected as designated by information Ib in the multiplexing circuit 12, and selected data to which information Ib is added is transmitted as transmission data SD to a transmission line 18 in serial. Even if a boundary F is shifted to a position F' because of error of bit allocating information Ib, the LSB disappears only in a code word C1 and another LSB is added only to the essential LSB in a code word C2, and thus, influences of error are small.
